Paying for your visit

• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and checks.

• Ask for a receipt and you can submit it to your insurance company yourself. Whether they pay you back depends on your plan.

Current prices and new-patient offers

Call (402) 423-4422 and we'll walk you through current prices and any new-patient offer. New-patient offers don't apply to Medicare beneficiaries. If you have Medicare, please call us before booking.
